Effective
Wednesday, March 5, 2008 any "Plan Holders Lists"
that are applicable to a Bid/RFP project will now be available
in PDF format within the Bid/RFP information listing.
Bid
and/or Proposal opening dates, times and locations are subject
to change
All Bid and/or Proposal responses must be date and time stamped
by the Jacksonville Transportation Authority by 2:00 p.m.
on the respective schedule opening day. The prospective bidder
bears full responsibility to ensure that its bid and/or proposal
is received at the proper place and time, whether the bid
response is mailed or hand delivered. The Jacksonville Transportation
Authority assumes no responsibility for delays in U.S. Mail
or any other delivery services.
The
Jacksonville Transportation Authority does not send it's Bid/RFP
documents via E-mail or Fax. All requests for Jacksonville
Transportation Authority Bid/RFP documents will be sent to
the requestor using the U. S. Mail services. If you would
like to have your requested packages sent to you by any other
means, simply e-mail your request to the JTA Purchasing Division
at purchasing@jtafla.com
and provide us your account information and we will forward
the appropriate documents to you.

you would like to request a copy of a Bid and/or Proposal
please use one of the following methods:
- Fax request

Bid and/or Proposal No. and Title - also include your company
information, i.e., Company Name, Address, Telephone No., Fax
No and contact person).

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: |

is a MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference that will be held on Thursday,
April 17, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Jacksonville Transportation
Authority, 100 North Myrtle Avenue, Board Room, Jacksonville,
Florida 32204. If your company or representative
fails to attend this mandatory pre-bid conference and your
company submits a bid, your bid package will be deemed non-responsive
and returned unopened back to your company. |
